Apple Music is getting smarter. With the latest update, iOS 26.4, users will see concert listings from Bandsintown directly in the app. This new feature makes discovering live shows easier than ever. Because of the partnership between Bandsintown and Apple, concert info will now appear seamlessly within Apple Music, whether you’re a longtime fan or just starting to explore new artists.

The integration has been building for some time, but now it reaches its most comprehensive level. A new “Concerts” tab will be added within Search. Here, users can find shows by genre, location, and date. Artists who use Bandsintown to promote their tours will also be able to connect their accounts to Apple Music. As a result, their upcoming concerts will automatically show up within 48 hours in the “Upcoming Concerts” section.

Moreover, users can tap on concert listings for details and even buy tickets through direct links in the app. If you follow your favorite artists, you can set up push notifications to get alerts for new concert announcements.

This feature adds extra value for music lovers and concert-goers alike. It also highlights how smart cities and urban areas are evolving. By making live event information more accessible, these innovations enhance city life, support local businesses, and foster community engagement.

Bandsintown’s data already syncs with other Apple services like Shazam, Maps, Photos, and Spotlight Search. The new concert features in Apple Music will be available when iOS 26.4 leaves beta. Overall, this update demonstrates how technology can connect people more closely to their favorite music and activities, enriching urban living.
