TCL has announced a new RGB-Mini LED TV, starting at $8,000. This new model joins TCL’s expanding lineup of high-end displays. The company showcased its latest Mini LED technology at CES 2026, emphasizing brighter, more vivid images. Now, TCL introduces its first RGB-Mini LED TV, which offers richer colors thanks to separate red, green, and blue LEDs. This innovation promises more accurate color and deeper contrast.

The TCL RM9L, as it’s called, features over 3,800 local dimming zones. As a result, viewers can enjoy sharp details even in bright or shadowed scenes. The TV has a peak brightness of up to 6,000 nits, making HDR content pop. Plus, it offers support for Dolby Vision 2 after a software upgrade. It comes with premium audio by Bang & Olufsen and runs Google TV with Gemini.

Meanwhile, TCL’s SQD-Mini LED models offer a range of sizes. The TCL QM8L is available now, starting at $2,500 for a 65-inch screen. Higher sizes, like the 85-inch and 98-inch models, cost $4,000 and $6,000, respectively. These screens feature TCL’s Super Quantum Dot layer, which enhances color accuracy, and support for Dolby Vision 2 Max. They also include anti-reflective coatings and thousands of dimming zones for perfect contrast.

The company’s smaller models, like the TCL QM7L, are also available for pre-order. Prices start at $1,200 for a 55-inch TV and go up to $4,000 for the 98-inch version. The range of options allows consumers to choose the best size and features for their space and budget.

Beyond personal entertainment, these advanced displays hold promise for smart cities and urban innovation. Bright, high-contrast screens could improve public displays, enhancing communication in city environments. In this way, TCL’s cutting-edge TVs may help create more connected, smarter cities that keep residents informed and engaged.
