    Top Highlights

    1. The redesigned 2027 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport is sportier and more upscale.
    2. It features sharper styling, a shorter length, and a sporty rear roofline.
    3. Interior upgrades include a wraparound dashboard, wood trim, and larger screens.
    4. It gets a more powerful 282hp turbo engine and enhanced tech features.

    Revamped Looks and Luxurious Comfort

Volkswagen has given the Atlas Cross Sport a significant update for 2027. The new design features a sportier, more aggressive stance, thanks to a sharper exterior and a lower, more aerodynamic profile. The vehicle’s length remains around 4,968mm, making it shorter than the three-row Atlas. Stacked LED headlights and an illuminated VW badge add modern touches. Three new paint options, including Blackberry Metallic, give buyers more choices. Inside, the cabin now feels more upmarket. It includes a wraparound dashboard, wood trim, contrast stitching, and ambient lighting. All trims come with a reworked 12-way driver’s seat, while higher trims add full-back massages for both front passengers. These improvements make the Cross Sport less utilitarian and more luxurious, appealing to drivers who want style and comfort combined.

Powerful New Features and Advanced Technology

The 2027 Atlas Cross Sport now has more power and improved tech. It uses an updated MQB Evo platform, making it more agile on the road. Under the hood, the turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine produces 282 horsepower, which is 13 more than before. The engine pairs with an eight-speed automatic transmission and an optional all-wheel-drive system called 4Motion. Inside, Volkswagen adds a large 15-inch infotainment screen, which is standard on most trims. A physical dial controls volume and drive modes, giving drivers easier access. The digital gauge cluster measures 10.3 inches, providing clear information at a glance. These enhancements aim to attract drivers looking for a sporty, technology-rich vehicle. As Volkswagen prepares for early 2027 launch, the updated Cross Sport stands to boost sales and strengthen the company’s presence in the SUV segment.
