This update builds on a previous feature that provided automatically generated captions for videos. Captions must be enabled for transcripts to work. Users can create captions by right-clicking the video and selecting “Manage caption tracks” followed by “generate automatic captions.”
The feature is currently rolling out, and while it may take up to 15 days for everyone to access it, Google aims to streamline video content interaction.
