Mobicom Partners with Circles to Launch AI-Powered Xplore in Mongolia
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia — Mobicom Corporation, one of Mongolia’s leading mobile network operators, has partnered with Circles, a global telecommunications technology company. Together, they launched Xplore, an innovative AI-powered software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. This partnership aims to enhance customer experience and digital engagement.
Xplore went live in four markets before its debut in Mongolia. The platform offers tailored user interactions, increases engagement, and opens new digital opportunities. Koji Kurushima, CEO of Mobicom Corporation, and Sanjay Kaul, Chief Revenue Officer of Circles, recently signed the partnership agreement.
"Xplore marks a significant step in our digital transformation strategy," said Kurushima. "We envision a future where seamless, digital-first experiences redefine connectivity." The platform integrates AI-powered content, expands customer touchpoints, and creates new revenue streams.
Key features of Xplore include gamification, where users earn rewards through interactive challenges. Additionally, personalized horoscopes and quizzes encourage regular engagement. Users can also stay informed with curated news and share opinions through polls. The platform’s AI-driven insights help tailor experiences based on individual interactions.
This collaborative effort will help Mobicom improve customer retention and reduce churn. By deploying Xplore, Mobicom can innovate efficiently and rapidly launch new services without heavy investment in development.
With its launch in Mongolia, Xplore is now operational in five markets, including Singapore, Australia, Japan, and the Middle East. Circles employs its experience in those markets to support Mobicom’s digital engagement efforts.
Sanjay Kaul expressed enthusiasm about the partnership. "Mobicom is redefining digital-first experiences in Mongolia," he said. "We are committed to helping Mobicom unlock new opportunities and set standards for digital innovation."
As Mobicom navigates this new landscape, it stands ready to elevate customer engagement and drive growth in the region. For further updates, follow us on X @IoTNow_ and visit our homepage at IoT Now.
