More than 2,000 visitors from Newport News and the broader Hampton Roads area attended Christopher Newport University’s annual STEM Community Day on May 31, 2025. Notably, the NASA eClips team, part of the National Institute of Aerospace’s Center for Integrative STEM Education, played a central role, connecting attendees to the wonders of space.
At the core of the exhibit, the STEM Student Ambassadors, a group of high school students from the Tidewater region, showcased their passion and knowledge.
