    Top Highlights

    1. Launch Details: Samsung is set to release the Galaxy Tab S10 FE and Tab S10 FE Plus on April 10, starting at $500 and $650 respectively, with a $50 pre-order discount available.

    2. Specifications: Both tablets feature an upgraded Samsung Exynos 1580 chipset, with the S10 FE having a 10.9-inch LCD display and the S10 FE Plus a larger 13.1-inch LCD, both supporting a 90Hz refresh rate.

    3. Camera and AI Features: They include a new 13-megapixel rear camera and are marketed as the first FE models with advanced AI capabilities, though the included S Pen lacks Bluetooth functionality.

    4. Discounts and Trade-Ins: Samsung will offer trade-in discounts for existing Samsung tablet users, alongside 5G/Wi-Fi options available at additional costs.

    Upgraded Technology in New Tablets

Samsung has unveiled its latest additions to the Galaxy Tab S series: the Galaxy Tab S10 FE and Galaxy Tab S10 FE Plus. These tablets arrive on April 10, available in gray, silver, and blue. The starting price for the Tab S10 FE is $500, while the larger Tab S10 FE Plus costs $650. Although both models see a $50 price increase from last year’s Galaxy Tab S9 FE, Samsung offers a $50 discount for early reservations.

Both tablets feature the upgraded Samsung Exynos 1580 chipset. While the Tab S10 FE retains its 10.9-inch display, the Tab S10 FE Plus boasts a larger 13.1-inch screen. This is an improvement from previous models, enhancing user experience. Though both devices use LCD panels with a 90Hz refresh rate, they lack the advanced OLED screens and 120Hz refresh rates found in standard S10 models. Additionally, both tablets house a new 13-megapixel rear camera, although the FE Plus no longer includes a second ultrawide camera.

    Smart Features and Design Enhancements

Samsung highlights that these new FE models are the first in the series to showcase cutting-edge AI capabilities. Users will enjoy many features comparable to the standard Galaxy Tab S10 models. Furthermore, while both tablets include a basic S Pen stylus, it lacks Bluetooth functionality. This is consistent with the stylus provided for the Tab S9 FE, a point some users may find disappointing.

Notably, the Tab S10 FE is 4% lighter than its predecessor, making it more portable. Additionally, both models come with enhanced battery life, with the Tab S10 FE featuring an 8,000 mAh battery and the FE Plus at 10,900 mAh. Both devices also support Wi-Fi plus 5G options for an extra cost. With these upgrades, Samsung aims to offer a more affordable alternative to its premium tablets, appealing to both casual users and tech enthusiasts alike.
